General care of your jewels
A jewel can preserve its beauty for years, since i tis handled and cared correctly taking into account its raw material – gold, silver, silver plated, precious stones, pearls, among others.
To increase the durability of your jewel, in its original condition, you must avoid direct application of perfumes, sprays, creams, make-up, chemical cleaning articles and other products that might as well contain chemicals. The salt water or water containing disinfectants (e.g.,chlorine) can also damage some of the raw materials. For this reason, we recommend that you do not use them when going to the beach or pool.
Pearls are an organic material and therefore require some specific care. They should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and left to dry completely before storing. They should not be stored together with harder materials.
