Stone by Stone send is packages all over the world. We have different shipping methods, depending on the country of delivery.

Portugal

Stone by Stone has four methods of shipping orders:

Pick-up in store - The store is selected by the customer, and the delivery time will be 8 working days, without any additional cost of shipping.

Shipping Company- All purchases are dispatched within the next two business days, and from the moment of dispatch, they are delivered within one to two business days. For deliveries in mainland Portugal.

Express Delivery - Exclusive to parcels dispatched to postal codes 2790 to 2799, 1000 to 1679 and 1690 to 1998. Orders placed with a confirmed payment until 11 am are dispatched on the same day and delivered until 6 pm. Orders placed after 11 am with confirmed payment will be delivered the next business day until 6 pm

By Post - All purchases made are dispatched within the next 2 business days, and from the moment of dispatch, they are delivered in one to two days to Madeira and two to four days to the Azores. For deliveries to the Portuguese Islands.

United Kingdom

Stone by Stone sends you package by a shipping Company, DPD, delivered in four to six business days.

All other Countries

Stone by Stone sends you package by post.

Due to Covid-19 orders may take longer to be delivered.

All products are subject to existing stock. In the event of a temporary or permanent stockout, the customer will be informed and whenever possible an alternative of products with similar characteristics is suggested. If it is not possible, the money will be returned in full, without any additional cost.

All prices indicated are in Euros with VAT included at the legal rate in force, with an invoice for the products purchased with the order being sent.

Stone by Stone sents your packages by DPD carrier, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

All products are subject to existing stock. Portugal: €3,95, free shipping on purchases over €39.90
Espanha: 3.95€, free shipping on purchases over 50€
United Kingdom €6.00, free shipping on purchases over €50
European Union: €5,00
Rest of the world: €7,00

The product is packed with great care to avoid damage during transport in order to ensure full customer satisfaction.

In case of the need for a second shipment due to insufficient address or unknown recipient, due to a mistake or gap by the customer - this shipment, regardless of the value of the order, will be borne by the same..

Stone by Stone offers credit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer, ATM and MBWay as payment methods.
In the case of selecting bank transfer or ATM, you will receive the data to make the payment via e-mail, and if you choose bank transfer, you must send proof of payment to the e-mail assistentevendas@stonebystone.pt followed by the reference of your order .

Every piece of Stone by Stone is covered by our two year warranty. Should your jewellery suffer a breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is repared or replaced at no cost to yourself if returned in under two year of receipt of the product.

Parts subjected to oxidation, deterioration, lost or misdirection are excluded from warranty.

To ensure your Stone by Stone pieces stay bright and shiny for as long as possible, keep them away from chemicals such as perfume and chlorine, and store them in a cool dry place in an individual pour of box to avoid your jewellery tangling or scratching each other.

Stone by Stone jewelry can be repaired, depending on the type of piece and repair.

This repair can be subject to budget if:

• The damage of caused by misuse;
• The piece exceeds two years warranty;
• The customer has no proof of purchase.

Stone by Stone doesn't make repair on other brands pieces.
