To make the refund / exchange , the purchased product must present the original purchase conditions and must be accompanied by the order ID.
You can also change and return your producys in our stores, with no costs.
The refunds are made in the same payment method as the order.
Please send us an email with your refund request and we will let you know how you can send us the package. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
If you live in Portugal or Spain you can choose a CTT Pick Me Point (3€) and deliver the package. If you live in another european country you can choose a DPD Pick Up Point (6€).
The return costs will be charged from you from the value of the refund.
