Stone by Stone accepts returns on purchases made in our online store within 15 days and exchanges within 30 days.
In physical stores, we only allow the exchange of an item purchased in the online store within 15 days.

The product to be returned must be accompanied by all its accessories and documents and must be in the same conditions as it was upon purchase, with no signs of usage.
In the case of an offer being associated with the product, the offer must also be returned under the same conditions as the riginal product.
If the offer is dependant on a minimum value of acquired articles, a partial return equally determines the return of the offer, as long as the value of the returned articles is less than the minimum value required to be eligible for the siad offer.
To make the exchange / return, the purchased product must present the original purchase conditions and must be accompanied by the receipt.
Payments against Refunds - Shipments or receipts of orders, exchanges or returns are not accepted with the payment service for collection / counter-refund.
If the exchange / return is caused by a defect in the item, after receiving the item and checking it, Stone by Stone assumes the shipping costs.

Refund Period
Refunds take place when requested within 14 week ays after the reception of the article(s). When an article has an offer associated, the refund is dependant on the returns of the offer, if such return is required inthe Returns Policy. Should the offer not be returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Once the refund process is concluded, a confirmation email will be sent.
The date on which the transferred refund money is available to the customer depends on the banking institution of the costumer.
